Plate is my friend found in France, I ask on his behalf if this is the main plate?

Its a long W.Nr for a 1941 Bf110. Usually four digits during this period.

Don't recognise the factory either.

More likely a part number?

Number "110.15-60" indeed suggests just an part, located some where in fuselage (.15-)
and not aircraft W.Nr. -Ed
