The 310th Bomb Group conducted the following mission on 28Jan1943. Information is from the mission summary.

18 B-25s with 18 P-38 escorts; Target, Sfax marshalling yards; Time 1400 hours, one P-38 lost, one B-25C, 41-13066, damaged by a Macchi 200.

If Luftwaffe losses occurred on this date and location, I would appreciate any aircraft and pilot identification. B-25, 41-13066, made a forced landing, crew rescued and returned to their unit. Was a Macchi 200 involved in this incident or was it a mistaken ID.
