It is possible to know details of the loss of Maj.Helmut Kühle of JG52 KIA 1-1-1945, please? I guess was a victim of Operation Bodenplate

Hi,

according to the book "Bodenplatte" of J.Manrho and R.Puetz he was hit by AA fire and crashed with his BF109G-14 WNr 460339 "<<" north-west of Roermond. He had flown with the Stabschwarm of III/JG6.

Hello,

Maj. Helmut Kühle was Gruppenkommandeur of III./JG 6 and leading the Stabschwarm. I believe he crashed northwest of HELMOND. The description of his last moments was primarily based on the account of Uffz. Knue, III./JG 6.
