German propaganda film about LW attack on Poland
 

After 44 seconds in, you get a good view of the number of Polish aircraft on the ground and a glimpse at some markings. Later, you see Stukas and other aircraft being loaded with bombs. The occasional full or partial fuselage code appears, but if you blinked, you missed it. In my opinion, it captures a feel of the operation, and after the 15 minute point, it just shows some general destruction on the ground, including a partly upturned Polish armored train.
