Photographer of VC 38
 

Hello,

I am researching information on the photographer of VC 38 back in 1943/44 on their island hopping tour in the Solomon Islands. The name of the photographer was a J.F. McKenna, photographer's mate 2nd class.

He took several pictures of the squadron while they were station at Guadalcanal and later at Munda Point airfield in mid to late 1943.

McKenna photographed all the TBF crews (3-man crews) at Munda airfield in late November 1943. I have been able to assembled 4 of those photos. He also took a VC 38 group photo at Lugan Field, Espiritu Santo on January 19, 1944.

Can anyone help me on his full name or additional details?
