I wonder what the story is with the foam-covered Blenheim?

Like the pic of the captured 88 Flaks as well.

The foam-covered BLENHEIM Z7432, No. 21 SQ, was struck off charge in July 1941. The scene looks a bit like a fire-exercise, but one of the the props is bended.
