J.Gr. 231 Luftwaffe Ace Johannes Gentzen pewter plate

hi all! I am a WW2 gun collector (german mostly) but bought an estate with bunch of nazi stuff that included this Zinn pewter plate. Did my research and apparently this thing belonged to Gentzen. Interesting but short career this fighter had! Would be very interested in learning more about this artifact from the knowledgeable members of the forum! thanks

Interesting plate, with what looks like period engraving. Nice piece.
