Luftwaffe Citation Document - Norway
 

A friend offered me this Luftwaffe citation, what I take to be for honorary award for Obergefreiter's good performance. The document's size is normal, the stamp appears to original although the signature Generaleutnant August Roth is a facsimile - can any member tell me if I'm correct or give more detail as to what the citation is for and how rare and possibly how much its worth as I don't want to fallout with my friend and am willing to offer a fair price. Condition is not bad, no folds or tears, only age browning marks. Any information welcome
