Well, I suppose it's a Bf109F; not very clear.

Hi Franck:
Yes, it is an "F" and probably belongs to Stab/JG26 in 1941.
I can see two posible users: Oblt. Armin Rothenberg and Uffz. Heinz Richter, shot down and dead in November, 7th 1941.
It was common in the unit to add a letter, related to the user's name, to the stab arrow.
In 109 Fs I know for instance, Peter Goering's "P" and several cases in FW 190s (Gäth's "G", Sieling's "S"...).
