Faltwell

Hi

Tree Dornier Do 17 Z from the III./KG 3 attack in the Januar 1941 the english airport "Faltwell" in the near of Ipswich and destroyed around 20 britisch bombers.

I dont find the place "Faltwell" and i dont know the correct day of the raid.

According to 'The Blitz Then & Now - Vol II' - ed. Ramsey ) Feltwell was bombed on the night of 15/16 January, 1941.

...and just two 75 Sqn Wellingtons were damaged, not 20 destroyed. The joy of propaganda!
