NF Specs 1945

Hello
This asked in regard of friend, who has no internet connection.
Does anyone have specs for a nightfiter issued by TLR on 27.01.1945?
Does anyone have revised specs for a nightfiter issued by TLR on 27.02.1945?
Where there any other specs issued, which had to be ready on 2.04.1945?
Are there any minutes of Entwicklungssonderkommission Nacht- und Schlaechtwetterjagd of 26.02.1945 and 20/21.03.1945?
