Ju 88 A-1, Wk Nr 4015
Just obtained a photo showing the crash-landed ac above with 4 German soldiers in front of it. Wk Nr clear and stenciled on the nose. On the reverse it says (what looks like) Udenburg Belgium. Ac was later recovered as according to Ed North, it was in for repair in May 1941. Any thoughts anyone?

Hi,
On 29/05/1940 a Ju88A-1 of 6./LG1 crash-landed near Oudenburg. It had possibly been attacked by Defiants of 264 Squadron. Best regards Luc |
