Hi Mike
I can't really help but, on checking, notice he is buried in Oxfordshire, where many training units were established, so cause of death possibly a training accident. Just a guess and I may be completely wrong. The same possibly appiles to Ivan George, buried in the same cemetery.

Cheers
Brian

Hello Mike,
From "They Shall Grow Not Old" (Les Allison):
Sgt (Pilot) Norman Leonard GLYNN, R/148951, from Toronto, Ontario, age 19, 18 PAFU, was killed when his Oxford DF329 failed to recover from a flat spin and crashed at Wood Farm, Ufton, Warwickshire.
His brother F/O (Pilot)Percy Frederick Leyton GLYNN, J/21615, age 23, 227 Sqdn, was killed 3 Oct 1943, when his Beaufighter JL760 was shot down by flak ships in the Aegean Sea.
Regards,
Henk.
