You can find some related Chinese book but thay are in Chinese only.
No day-to-day operation log or many photos are remained, so these books are based on some gerneral infomation and well-known storys, even personal interviews are very limited.
This is a latest book by a noted writer, noting new to me . But maybe you will be interested..

Hello,

Is there an English summary/captions in this book?
And if so, do you know were one can obtain one?

Best wishes/Håkan

Well, I may get short bits translated but a whole book seems too much. The question is, is there anything more rather than in American books?

It does have some new stuff to foreigner. It's of 400 pages and sells at 5USD with not many photos/maps/illustration according to the ads. I can not make a conclusion of this book as I still not read it. Unfortunately, it contains no Eanglish captions.
You can get this book from www.joyo.com , a subsidiary of amazon in China. I do not suggest anyone who does not read Chinese to buy this book.

If you don't have them already you may want to check Schiffer's catalog. They have a couple of titles that relate to USAAF units in that theater, unfortunately don't recall titles offhand. Also presume you have the recently published volume 3 of 'Bloody Shambles' which gets into some of that as well.
