Who is the knight`s cross bearer ?

Hi,

Who could be the carrier of the Knight's Cross on the left of the following picture? On the right of this Lw-Officer is the General and Cdr of XVIII Corps Franz Böhme.

I think it's Josef Kammhuber.

I do not think this is Kammhuber.....

I think it shows Generaloberst Hans-Jürgen Stumpff.

And I think you may be right -- but I guess it was the absence of mustache that fooled me.

In the photo Stumpff is wearing the collar tabs of a Generaloberst while Kammhuber never reached that rank, reaching General der Flieger which consisted of 3 'wings' inside a wreath.
