The entire crew of 11 survived. MACR 12508.

Yep, all survived. She belly landed at Kurd-1,5 km in Hungary, being the last B-24 victory of the Hungarian 101. V.r.e. "Puma" (Bf 109G) fighters. (Máthé László fhdgy.)

A much better photo of this last 'kill' of Hungarian fighter pilots is published on page 394 of the book I co-authored with Gyorgy Punka, called 'Hungarian Fighter Colours', vol. 2.
