ID needed for WW2 plane hatch
6 Attachment(s)
Hello all, a friend of mine bought the hatch from a peasant who lives near a former B-24 crash site in Romania and claimed it was belonging to that aircraft, we are not able though to positively match it to a B-24 one, so maybe it is of german / soviet origin, any ideas ?

Re: ID needed for WW2 plane hatch
Dependent on size, it may be one of the life raft hatches on the top of the aircraft.
