Been searching for a long time a list of all Soviet pilots OBE recepients and where their Order of British Empire citations appropriate dates can be found .

Thank you so much it does help , if you have more of those kindly post them, is very
strange that in UK there are no records left on these Soviet pilots and if they may be
left the public cant access them

Thanks for your help, very nice of you to include all this, however as I imagined it doesn't list the Soviet pilots or officers , which brings
me to the conclussion that foreign awards such as DSC,DFC,OBE,DSM,LGM awards and orders were given on individual non official basis
less citations to avoid issue with Stalinist system whenever such pilots were in touch with British and US Allied control authorities or
Allied pilots.
