He 111 of Gefechtsverband "Kuhlmey"
 

Have seen pictures, in books and on internet, of He 111H-6 assigned to Gefechtsverband "Kuhlmey". Aircraft code of 7A+FA, previously assigned to Stab LLG 2.

What was role, missions of the aircraft? Transport, courier, etc.?

I know that Gefechtsverband Kuhlmey flew close air support missions and consisted primarily of Ju 87's and Fw 190's. That is why I am curious about this He 111.

I think - don't remember where I saw this - that the He 111 belong ed to Stab./SG3 and was therefore probably used to move the "administration office" apsect of that SG around.
