Tropical Hurricane in France ?

Hello,

Taken from a great WW2 site at flickr.com/photos/ww2images

Anyone found which Tropical Hurricane this was ?
Said to have been seen in France sometime in 1940 (?)

One of the Malta Hurricanes transfered from England to Malta in June 1941. Lots of pictures in "Malta:The Huricane Years 1940-1" by Shores et al. I believe this is P2644 who did not arrive in Malta.
