Newby problems with images and such
 

As a newby I have read the FAQ site here w/r to image posting. The online answer to my query on how to post images was to create an album and proceed.
For creating an album I shall go into my UserCP and use the "Pictures&Albums " link. This link is not available in my UserCP?????????? Any help on how to post pictures here?

Also my controls in USERCP does not allow me to subscribe to a thread. Why is this please?
