RAF Coastal Command Losses in WW2 Book

I'm sure its been asked before though I could not find it by searching, but is anyone working to complete the series of books started by Ross McNeill that so far ended with Vol. I covering 1939-41?

Larry, I would dearly like for Ross to continue with the losses or perhaps we could persuade ,as fellow Air Britain members, for the society to undertake to finish it, of course with the co cooperation and assistance of Ross.

If my memory serves me, I think Ross has said in the past that the manuscripts for subsequent volumes are complete but Midland Publishing (as it was then) are sitting on them for some reason. I'm sure Ross will elaborate.

I would also like to see the series continue.
