I am searching for the loss details of Oblt. Johann Boos (Stkp) JG 51 who was killed on the above date. Hope someone can help!

1943-04-21, 1./JG 51, Fw 190 A-4, 147199, 6 km südlich Cromy, Absturz nach Luftkampf. Bruch 100 %.
Flugzeugführer Olt Boos, Hans, +
Oblt Boos mit Fallschirm abgesprungen.

Thanks for that Matti, you say he baled out, did he suffer parachute failure?

Hello Melvin,

according to Prien et al, Jagdfliegerverbände Teil 12/I, page 502 (loss list) and text on page 444, Oblt. Hans Boos was rammned by a sovjet fighter and didn´t pull his parachute.
