RAF losses 23 September - Raid against Flesburg
 

Hello,


On 23 September 1942 a force of 28 Halifax bombers attacked Flensburg. 5 of the attackers where reported lost.

Is the unit, the crews and other info known on these losses?

All details may be found in Chorley`s BCL vol. II:
The missing Halifaxes belonged to: 76 Sqn, 78 Sqn, 102 Sqn (2 a/c) and 405 Sqn.
