Whose 109 was 'Yellow 5'?

1 Attachment(s)
When Egon Troha was captured in 1940, he was flying 'Yellow 5' of 9. JG3, an aircraft which apparently belonged to another Staffel pilot. Does anyone know who was the actual 'owner' of this aircraft?

Egon Troha's account of his last aerial battle during the BoB.

... On 29.10.1940 I flew the Messerscmitt Bf109 gelbe 5 Bf109E-4 (5153) over England because my gelbe 13 had mechanical problems. This plane was usually flown by a pilot who was missing over England in another maschine. Erika was the name of the Austrian girlfriend from pilot Lt. Achleitner. In the gelben 5 I was involved with my whole squadron of nine Bf109s, at a height of 10,200m [some 32,000ft], in an air battle with Spitfires of the Nr. 74 Squadron. As a result of a failure in the electrical system of the Me 109 the machine-guns and cannons wouldnt fire. I suffered hits in the cooler and then the motor from Hurricanes of the 253rd Squadron and crash landed in England. Again I was uninjured. This ended my part in the air battles over England...

Thanks Sidney, I had my suspicions that it was Achleitner's. Troha 'inherited' Yellow 13 from my uncle, and I am still looking for a good image of it.

That is correct, and Achleitner was his wingman. He took over as acting CO of III. Gruppe after Balthasar was wounded in September.
