III./ KG 27 Gruppenkommandeur

I have a copy of a document from KG27 that is dated 24.2.41 and signed by a "Hauptmann und Gruppenkommandeur " . The top of the page says III./Kampfgeschwader " Boelcke" Nr.27 Sadly the signature is very poor and hard to make out . I would be very grateful if anybody could help me I.D. this Hauptmann .
