I do not have any seaplane (Do 18, Do 24, He 59 or Ar 196) losses on that day in France.

The only seaplane loss in France on 19. July 1941 was a He 115 of 2./506 (Brest), The Do 24 must have received only minor damage, less than 10%, otherwise it would have been reported through the normal channels.
