I have the first four volumes of Michael Meyer and Paul Stipdonk's excellent

Die Deutsche Luftwaffe: Eine Bilddokumentation der Luftwaffe von 1935 - 1945, Zerstörer- und Nachtjagdverbände series

In the back of Teil 4 it says Teil 5 is in preparation.

Has it been published? Will it be?

good questions! Teil 5 was finished - including captions in English- a couple of years ago. Let me see if I can say more than that here.
