I suspect that the book isn't availalbe here in the states. Mine is on order, but V2 doesn't show on the US distributor's website.

We can´t comment a book we still could not find "in person"... on contrary what happens on USA Amazon´s where people is able to review a book still not released...:blink:

I have had this on order from Amazon since December, 2004. It was supposed to be shipped March, 28th, but that has now been pushed back again. New date is May 30th. No reason given, just continued delays.

The book has been released, so you are probably just waiting on the shipping.

I have got my copy of vol. II in the first week of March in my book-shop in Rome.
I don't know the connection between the shop and the editor.

I hope for all that the book will arrive very soon.
