Wing Commander William Gordon Oldbury DFC
Hi,
A real long shot here. In December 1943 the above officer, C/O of No.218 (Gold Coast) Squadron was hospitalised, his stay in hospital ( Ely) was from December 1943 until discharged mid January 1944. The Squadron, and station ORB make no mention of cause, he was not injured operationally. Does anyone have any idea, where I can look, or know of the cause. Like I say a real long shot. TIA Steve |
Re: Wing Commander William Gordon Oldbury DFC
How did you rule out an operational injury and btw does that exclude an injury on a training flight?
