Kommandant Luftkreigsakadamie

Can anyone tell me who was the Kommandant late 1940 to 1941? From what I can see, he was not a RK-holder

Not in our data base and not in BOOG, Horst. Die deutsche Luftwaffenführung 1935-1945: Führungsprobleme, Spitzengliederung, Generalstabsausbildung. Stuttgart: Deutsche Verlags-Anstalt, 1982. ISBN 3-421-0195-3. 724p. 2,912 footnotes, nearly all from primary (archival) documentation. The Akademie is well covered in this work and includes the names of the Kdtn.

Possible inference: unfilled during that time period?

Quite clearly, v. Wühlisch was temporary or acting, possibly pending his promotion to Generalleutnant, which did not come through.
