'Avions' Magazine

Some time ago there was a series of articles on 'Losses of Luftwaffe Second Line Units During 1944 in France' which was due to cover January to August. Did these articles ever proceed past April 1944 and if so what were the issue numbers please ?.

AFAIK 'Losses of Luftwaffe Second Line Units During 1944 in France' DID NOT go past March 44, if it did do you have a copy of the Magazine ?

I did contact the Author some time ago and their were plans to finish the article but what has happened I do not know.

If you have any info on the above please could you share it with me.

Hi David,

Thanks for the reply, 'Midland Counties' used to review the contents of each magazine so I could always check the progress of any articles. Shame the series did not continue, if I get to hear of anything I'll pass it on,
