Unknown badge to me....ju 52
 

Hello,

Recently I purchased a photo of a Ju 52, BD + OI with Wnr. 5748.
It has been part of BFS 4 and FlKp LnRgt 31.
These information I have from Stammkennzeichen.de.
On the nose there is an to me unknown badge.
Does anyone of you know this?

To me it looks like FFS (C) 6 emblem

Christian,

is the code CD+OI of the aircraft visible at the photo or do you have it from the description? Is the code all black and does the aircraft have a coloured fuselage band?

Sorry the delayed answer, been working a little too much!!
The code is BD + OI and has indeed a coloured fuselage band, I bought it on EBay not so long ago and you can see the whole plane except the tail.
If you want I can send you a scan.

in the meantime I've found the photo. In was in my folder with up to no unprocessed ebay copies.

Unfortunately the style of the code does not match that one from other photos of the unit, which I suspected was the one you were looking for.

This emblem must remain in the "unidentified folder".
