Midland Counties book Bomber Command Losses 1941 & 1942

Hello,
I'm looking for scans/photos from the Midland counties book "Bomber Command Losses volumes 1941 and 1942". I've tried to buy the books without success. Can anyone share a few pages from them with me?

Hope to get hold of them eventually.

Copies of both books can be found listed on http://used.addall.com/

The 1941 volume seems reasonably priced, the 1942 volume is considerably more expensive (no idea why).
