Me 110 unit at Leningrad May 1943

In Norbert Hanning's book he mentions escorting a Me 110 for spotting for the railway gun firing at Leningrad. What unit was doing this duty there?

The only unit with that type in Northern Russia during spring 1943 was 4.(H)/33.
