KG77 losses 11 avril 1944
 

Hello,

a report from Luftflotte 3, present in ULTRA, states that during operation against UGS-40 :
- losses of I/KG77 were 3 planes missing and a fourth shot down by german fighter
- losses of III/KG77 were 5 planes missing
- losses of I/ZG1 were 1 plane missing

Harold Thiele, in his book "Luftwaffe Aerial Torpedo Aircraft and Operations in WWII", gives the WNr of 9 aircraft of KG77 lost.

I know Brian has already asked questions about this subject without answer. It seems nobody has informations concerning WNr 822940, 822860, 822596 and 801611.
Can someone help me with crew details concerning the others : 8..921, 801598, 822672, 822891 and 801605, and give me infos concerning the plane of I/ZG1 lost.

I just made a little mistake : you must read 11 may 1944 and not 11 april !
