I have an original copy but it will not scan or copy that easily as it is Foolscap

Chris, thank you. I can understand that it would not be easy to scan or copy that format. Photographing may have worked (I wouldn't need a very high quality copy, just be able to read the content), but since Steve may be able to send me the file, it's not necessary. Of interest, the title is "The Life and Work of Oberst Petersen" , is dated 22 Aug 45 and has 6 appendices
