Here is probably this watch ?

"...A personnel item from Lt.Jung was found close to where the witness told me he saw the gloves. It was his watch, a Tutima (Glashutte). ..."

A start could be the Namlichen Verlustemeldung. It often give the name of his parents. They are now dead but the address might help to trace any family.

Re: Watch german pilot Lt. Hans-Ulrich Jung found

Hello, is the Family of Lt. Jung found now? I have some letters from Fw Michael Vogl in which he also has written in detail from that Bodenplatte Mission its own firing and also from Lt. Jung reported. He also describes the followers of Lt. Jung to Lt. Angst, etc., etc. His first parachute descent on 1 August 1944, and on February 1, 1945 where he had landed almost directly on a Russian tank, he returned to his III. Group JG 3 which was now at Pasewalk. After a few more missions he would added among the paratroopers to Gardelegen and in October 1945 he was dismissed from the Captivity in Pasewalk.
