Unknown F-7 to identify

Hi,
Please, can you help me to identify this P- 38 Recon (F-7), unit, date and airdrome ?
White « 300 » on the motor nacelle and « S ? » on the fuselage …

Most likely F-5E Lightning 43-28300 of the 33rd PRS.
