Histoire et Collections - Insolvent?

I read on another site that this French publisher is now insolvent. Is this true?

Their website announce that they are in a process of taking over and that all expeditions from them is suspernded till end of June. No more info.

Philippe, to clarify, do you mean that they are being taken over by another firm or a financial manager and that no further editions will be issued until the end of this month?

I translated this from their website. I suppose they are trying to sell themselves to another company and wish to maintain their active/passive status quo till negotiation is settled. Their balance and their turnover seems to be very healthy in 2014...

AFAIK, the Commercial Court agreed of a take-over by another publishing company. Activity should resume after the deal has landed.
