That item is a fake/fantasy item. There are loads of different variations of these flooding the market from Eastern Europe.

The lengths that some people will go to con people out of hard earned money. If you look closely at this, this chap has been everywhere, done everything and been awarded highly...perhaps the seller needs to be warned but it look like somebody foolishly paid $300 for it
