Hannes Trautloft's diary

Dear All,
I've been told that there is an unpublished diary written by Hannes Trautloft. However, I have also found this diary, which has apparently been published:
https://www.amazon.de/Kriegs-Tagebuc...ords=Trautloft

Are these two different diaries, or has Trautloft's diary been published after all?
Thank you in advance.

Re: Hannes Trautloft's diary

This book and Trautloft's diaries are one and the same.

The diary was given to Hans-Ekkehard Bob, following Trautloft's death in the 1990s, to edit and check before having it published.

Unfortunately is has yet to be translated into English.

Re: Hannes Trautloft's diary

Dear David,
Thank you very much. This is no problem, as I am fluent in German. However, judging by what I have found on Amazon.de, it has actually been translated into English but is out of stock: https://www.amazon.de/War-Diaries-Ha...ords=Trautloft

Anyway, I think it would be better to read the diary in the original.
