Boeing F-13 loss over Japan, June 1945

Hello,

I've read mention of a Superfortress recon aircraft shot down by Miyoshi Shimamura in June 1945 over Japan. Anyone have more details on this incident ?

the book Japanese Army Fighter Aces 1931-45 by Ikuhiko Hata and Yashuho Izawa has a short introduction to him, but the superfortress was only damaged by him. another pilot 2nd Lt. Takayama rammed it at last. what's more, this story might happen in march 1945, according to those words from that book.
