Picture Bf 109 at Eba

Happy new year.
This weekend this picture was on auction at Ebay:

Does anybody know what unit and where this picture has been taken?

If I am not mistaken, the unit was III./JG 3 (see a barely visible double-head battle axe emblem on the engine cowling). The aircraft is BF 109 F-2, and the photo might have been taken in Russia in the summer of 1941.

From a former auction place given was Luzk, 22 July 1941.

III./JG3 stood very few days there; 3 days (from 30/6/41 to 2/7/41):
Hence we have the choice:
- Or the place is Polonnoje where the unit stood for enough long time to "build" a maintenance area.
- Or the place is effectively Luzk as attested by former auction and a maintenance area remained there: 22 July for one photo and many other photos of the same area with Stab III./JG3 machines being fixed ... make me think it was the situation.

Thanks a lot for your informations, Sidney and Franck, I thought this must have been a maintenance aera or a spare part depot, however I did not know where this pic had been taken. It is quite an interesting picture to me.
So I appriciate your informations and wish you a lucky 2017.
