''lost'' poss. North Sea/The Wash ?

Can anybody add any detail as to where ie. off Lincs/Norfolk/Essex etc.

Looking at what II./KG 3 was doing this day, the target was Rochford

4./KG3 Dornier Do17Z-2 (3225). Shot down by fighters during sortie to bomb Hornchurch and believed crashed in the Channel off Margate 12.45 p.m. Crew believed rescued unhurt. Aircraft 100% write-off.
