Request for details from the NVM of my Uncle's crash
 

I was wondering if there is a way to try and obtain any additional information (NVM) on my uncle's crash of his JU-88 on 22 June 1943? It crashed in the area of the Charkow-Nord airport, but we do not know why. My Uncle Friedrich was the Bordschutze on the aircraft. His sister is still alive (95 yrs old) and I was hoping to get some answers for her in her advanced age and also for the other members of our family.

1943-06-22, 2.(F)/11, Ju 88 D-1, 430503, 6M+BK, Fl.Pl. Charkow-Nord, Absturz. Bruch 100 %.

As far as I know, a family member should be able to obtain a copy of the NVM from the Deutsche Dienststelle (Wast) in Berlin.

NVM might not state cause of crash. It will list names, DOB, place of birth, service number & possibly aircraft details. However due to Data Protection some personal details might be blanked out
