Book question

Anyone know anything about a book called ‘Die Luftwaffe 1939-1945: Schriftenreihe - Führung und Truppe’ by Kurt Mehner and Reinhard Teuber and published (I think) by Verlag Klaus D. Patzwall in Norderstedt.

I think it may be a sort of summary of Luftwaffe documentation, but I'd welcome any comments from those who may be familiar with the book.
