Has anyone record of an MBR2 being shot down at 2115 hrs at Vilsandi (spelling?)?

Yes, I have this report. It belonged to 15 omrae KBF.

Have you details from the German side, as far as it seems it wasn't claimed by Erg.Gr./JG 54?

Regarding spelling - Vilsandi is correct (so probably the location is correct, too). There is a lighthouse there:

Andrey: I have a photo of it burning on the sea taken by an Ar 196 crew. I was not sure if they had shot it down. Would be willing to send you a copy in return for full details
