Did Luftwaffe Verband "new project" was droped?

I guess the plan of some members in going ahead with Luftwaffe Verband did not materialize. Can someone confirm this?

Back in October on the thread related to the demise of the Verband Andreas Brekken stated that a Norwegian group was going to approach B. Rosch about picking up the project. There's been nothing posted since then. Perhaps Andreas could comment?
