29-jan-45 359th P-51 crash, nr exeter, devon

Hi
Tried the usual searches, but can't find any info on a P-51, of the 359th, pilot bailed out, 29-jan-45, nr exeter, devon.
any info welcome

The 359th FG was up from 0912 to 1445 hours. Lt. Garland F. Madison (368th FS) was returning from the show to Siegen, Germany and ran into some bad weather over the U.K. He was also low on fuel, and bailed out safely over Exeter.
